Pam's introduction to residential construction began in 1992 when she worked with a high-end residential remodeling company in Kirkland. Here she gained the understanding of all aspects of the construction business. Pam organized and monitored the bidding process for over 300 subcontractors; created and maintained a professional data base for sub-contractors architects, designers, and clients; acquired excellent interpersonal and communication skills through reception duties and the skillful operation of four phone lines; promoted exceptional relationships with a variety of specialty contractors which in turn ensured continued contracts for exclusive services.
Following this she owned and operated, The Structured Home, a professional personal organizing company. Pam single-handedly ran this business for 10 years, constantly delivering above and beyond her client's expectations year in and out.
Pam takes great pride in her ability to hone in on what the homeowner truly desires and her ability to accurately relay that to the craftsman. She works diligently to ensure that all the client's needs are met. Female clients are especially pleased with what Pam brings to the job: color and design sense, strong communication skills, and overall site organization/cleanliness.
